A big thankyou to Big4 staff at Bellarine for fantastic service over this last stormy weekend.
Myself and my 2 year old had a ball despite the gloomy weather. The facilities were fantastic & kept her very busy & me happy.
The service was excellent, right from the first hello. We were cheerfully led to our site, given tips on setting up & a run down of the caravan park & an invite for the childrens activities. I was given really great help in finding a play centre in Geelong & the staff member looked it up on the net for me & I wasn't given the feeling I was any trouble.
The toilets, showers, camp kitchen & other amenities were kept so constantly clean. Special thanks to the male day cleaner who was very cheerful and friendly, as my 2 year old was very curious about the key that opened the toilet paper, she is key mad.
Also to the lady who ran the kids activities on the Saturday, very patient.
Even the help we had over the phone arranging bookings was great & helpful/patient because my friends and I kept changing our minds.
Congratulations on running a great holiday park, we will be coming again. Hopefully with sunny weather so we can get out and about more.

Our boys loved it - so did we! The 3 bedroom cabin was awesome - so comfortable and bright. Spent more time at the park, than at the beach! The indoor pool was a treat - no need for suntan lotion. We have booked to come back again in April. Our boys didn't want to leave - the facilities were brilliant. Fantastic job guys - thanks!

We shared a 2 bedroom unit with friends. We all commented on the comfy beds and how well equipped the units were.The girls loved the pool and the fellas were gobsmacked at the size of the caravan sites. Nothing was a trouble to the staff (there is not a take it or leave it attitude at this park) Plenty of activities to keep everyone happy.We were so impressed that we made a group booking for our club.Thanks Jess for your help in making our club booking so easy and look forward to seeing you all again in April 2010

We stayed at big 4 @Bellarine in oct 2009. It was very relaxing for the family the kids were worn out from all the activities. The staff were so friendly nothing was too much trouble. The cabins were modern and very comfortable. We will definitely be back and stay a lot longer. Very relaxing thanks to all staff at bellarine.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Big4 Bellarine for a wonderful weekend. The kids aged 5 and 3 had an absolute ball spending hours on the cushioned air trampolines and the terrific indoor pool. Everything was so clean and the outdoor area with the BBQ ,s was great also ,I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for a relaxing break and the staff were not only very helpful but went out of their way to make sure our stay was memorable. Already looking at booking in for next year.

Hi to everyone at Bellarine. I spent 4 nights in our camper trailer, and was impressed with the larger than normal powered sites. plenty of room for van, annex, cars etc. Facilities were modern, clean and spacious. Bellarine staff were friendly and more than helpful. We didn't have the Grandchildren with us for that visit but will certainly be back so they can use the fabulous facilities designed especially for the kids. We loved the heated pool

Stayed at your park for 5 days in early November, Staff very friendly and kids enjoyed the stay very much. Spotless camp kitchen and toilets facilities. Will be fantastic when trees grow a little more to give shelter.

Great tourist park with terrific facilities. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you have children. They would love the pool, jumping pillows and play equipment. A park that caters for everyone.

This was our first experience at a park and it wont be our last.The Cabin accomodation is far superior to any motel we hav used and your staff are courteous and helpful. we look forward to seeing you in 2010
